Passages of the Spirit

Earthly life is plagues with struggles and human frailties, symbolized in this quilt with somber background colors: red (anger); green (jealousy, hopelessness); gray (anxiety); blue( sadness); and purple (sorrow). The broken jagged points are discord and conflict. My faith is that in the next life I'll conquer these failings and my purer sprit will transform into joy (yellow), love (pink), hope (green), serenity (blue) and spirituality (violet) in the presence of my Creator (gold).
